We provide electrical services, including but not limited to re-wiring, new builds, solar panel installations, general upkeep, and electrical inspections and testing. The scope of work will be outlined in a written agreement or quote before work commences.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if additional work is required.
Prices are valid for a limited time, as specified in the quote.
Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Upfront Costs for Materials: Any work requiring materials, equipment, or special orders will require an upfront payment before work begins. This payment covers the cost of materials and ensures we can proceed with the job as scheduled.
Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed work unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as per applicable laws.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations within 3 days of the scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If work is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.

5. Warranty and Liability

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the completion date.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and components used in our work.
We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or pre-existing issues beyond our control.

6. Health and Safety

We follow all relevant health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the worksite.
Any hazardous conditions must be disclosed before work begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the work performed.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
