1. Deposits and Upfront Costs

  • Any deposits or upfront payments made for materials and special-order equipment are non-refundable once the order has been placed.

  • If work has not yet commenced and materials have not been purchased, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellations and Refunds Before Work Begins

​

  • If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours in advance, a full refund may be issued, except for any non-refundable deposits.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any refundable amount.

3. Refunds for Completed Work

​

  • Due to the nature of electrical services, refunds are not typically issued once work has been completed.

  • If there is an issue with the work performed, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the problem in line with our warranty policy.

  • Refunds may only be considered in cases where work was not carried out as agreed upon in the initial contract and cannot be rectified.

4. Faulty Work or Materials

​

  • If an issue arises due to faulty workmanship, we will provide repairs at no additional cost within our warranty period.

  • If a material or component is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply, and we will assist in obtaining a replacement where applicable.

  • Refunds for materials will only be processed if the supplier allows returns and any associated restocking fees will be deducted.

5. Disputes and Resolution

  • If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can work toward a resolution.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Any disputes will be handled in accordance with UK consumer protection laws and industry regulations.
